Pat is a highly accomplished Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, licensed in Texas as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), with more than 25 years of experience in pediatric and neonatal care. She holds two Master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington and advanced certification in neonatology.
Recognized by DFW Child Magazine as a “Mom Choice” pediatric provider, Pat is dedicated to serving children and families across the Dallas Metroplex, with a special commitment to multicultural and Hispanic communities. She provides comprehensive care and guidance for children with medical complexities, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, asthma, and cardiac conditions.
Outside of her profession, Pat and her husband, Kirk, enjoy family life with their five children and three grandchildren. They are active members of Cottonwood Creek Church in Allen, where they continue to live out their values of service and community.
Sydney Cundiff is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a longstanding passion for pediatric medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with a minor in Addictive Disorders, from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Midland.
A proud native of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Sydney is honored to serve the community she grew up in. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and their families, and values building lasting relationships that support each child’s health and development.
Outside of her clinical work, Sydney is an avid reader and enjoys staying active through group fitness. She has recently taken up pickleball as a beginner and loves attending sporting events. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family. She lives in Plano with her husband and their dog, Dallas.
Alejandra is a dedicated pediatric provider whose lifelong calling has always been to care for children, especially those in underserved communities who need it most. Her passion for closing healthcare gaps led her into the physician assistant profession, where she has built her career on compassion, advocacy, and the belief that every child deserves quality medical care.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Alejandra connects easily with a wide range of families, helping parents feel comfortable and supported throughout their children’s healthcare journey. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Texas and later completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Southwestern, gaining strong academic and clinical training.
Outside of medicine, Alejandra enjoys painting, crocheting, and traveling to new countries to experience different cultures. She also finds joy in volunteering with children at One Community Church, extending her dedication to service beyond the clinic.
